Easy Delivery Co.: Walkthrough and All Endings Guide

Easy Delivery Co.: Walkthrough and All Endings Guide

FinalBoss·6/7/2026·8 min read

Most people get stuck in Easy Delivery Co. for one of two reasons: they wander on foot instead of reading the truck map, or they pick the wrong ending first and lock themselves out of the others. This walkthrough fixes both. It names the towns, the gating items, the route to the Hydro Dam, and the exact order to take the three endings so you can see all of them in a single save.

The short version

  • Easy Delivery Co. has three endings: Shutdown, Reboot, and Restore. Restore is the recovery-disc “true” ending.
  • Progression is gated by purchases, not story flags. The key items are the Lighter (clears the road to Snowy Peaks), the Bumper Bar (rams the gates toward the Hydro Dam), and the Energy Drink (a consumed item that fends off the cold). Snow Tires and Ice Chains are extra traversal upgrades.
  • The late-game route runs through the locked bridge between Damton and Smoltown — ram the gates with the Bumper Bar to reach the Hydro Dam.
  • All three endings fire from the factory computer. The only safe single-save order is Reboot → Shutdown → Restore. Doing Shutdown before Reboot locks you out of Reboot.
  • Restore needs a recovery disc from the pawn shop in Easton, used last via the laptop’s SD Unit Recovery option — holding the disc removes the Reboot/Shutdown console choices, so it has to be the final step.

How progression actually works

Easy Delivery Co. does not march you through the story with rigid quest markers. Progression is tied to four things: taking jobs and earning money, buying the items and upgrades that open the next area, watching the in-truck map for active pickups and drop-offs, and finally reaching the factory computer choice that ends the game.

That means almost no “I’m stuck” moment is a real softlock. You are usually either short the item that clears the next obstacle, or you are searching the world on foot when the truck map already has the next marker. Get back in the truck and read the map before you assume something is broken.

Early game: the delivery loop and your first purchases

Your opening hours are about learning the loop and banking enough cash to stop being under-equipped. Take a job, follow the truck map to the pickup, run the route to the drop-off, get paid, repeat. Stay in the same cluster of towns to build money faster instead of chasing long one-off hauls.

You are delivering between three core towns: Upton, Damton, and Weston. The shops are real and worth memorizing — Easy Eats is in Upton, EZ Bakery is in Damton, and Ez Auto is your parts shop. Ez Auto is where the traversal upgrades that gate the rest of the run come from, so check it whenever your balance grows.

  • Read the truck map every time you accept a job — it shows the pickup and drop-off, so you never need to navigate from memory.
  • Bank cash for upgrades before you start a long exploration detour. The economy is part of the route.
  • When a road or gate stops you, buy the matching item rather than hunting for a hidden trigger.

Midgame: the gating items, in order of why they matter

Three purchases open the rest of the map. Buy them and the “dead ends” disappear.

  • Lighter — clears the road block to Snowy Peaks. If the northern route is closed, this is what you are missing.
  • Bumper Bar — lets you ram fence gates, including the ones on the route to the Hydro Dam. This is the single most important late-game upgrade.
  • Energy Drink — a consumed progression item that fends off the cold on the colder routes.

Snow Tires and Ice Chains are additional traversal upgrades that smooth out the icy stretches. If progression stalls before the dam, you have almost certainly skipped one of these purchases — the game rarely makes the dependency feel dramatic, which is why players assume they missed a quest.

Late game: reaching the Hydro Dam

The Hydro Dam is the late-game checkpoint where the endings live. To reach it, head to the locked bridge between Damton and Smoltown and ram the locked gates with the Bumper Bar. If you arrive without it, this is exactly where progress halts — go back to Ez Auto and buy it.

Once you are through, slow down. The factory computer is the decision hub for all three endings, and a rushed click here is what costs people an ending on the same playthrough. Do not interact with it until you have prepared the Restore route below.

The dam route overlaps with the radio tower progression that opens this area. If you are working through that path too, our Radio Tower and Hydro Dam guide covers it step by step.

All three endings: Shutdown, Reboot, and Restore

Every ending is selected at the factory computer. The difference is which option you choose and the order you choose them in.

Reboot ending

At the factory computer, open the SD Units option and choose to reboot them. This triggers the Reboot ending. Take this one first — it is the missable one. If you do Shutdown before Reboot, the Reboot option is gone for that save.

Shutdown ending

Back at the factory computer, open the Hydro Power option and select Shutdown Hydro Dam. This is the straightforward ending and the one to take second, after Reboot. If you only want a single clean finish, this is the simplest target — just know it closes Reboot.

Restore ending

Restore is the recovery-disc “true” ending and the one most players miss, because it is not just a final-menu choice. You need a recovery disc from the pawn shop in Easton. Take it to the factory laptop and use the SD Unit Recovery option to restore the shopkeepers.

Restore has to be done last. Holding the recovery disc removes the Reboot and Shutdown console options, so if you grab it too early you cut yourself off from the other two endings in that run. Get the disc, but do not use it until you have already seen Reboot and Shutdown.

For the rest of the game’s missable content and hidden routes, see our guide to Easy Delivery Co. secrets and hidden endings.

The safe single-save ending order

To see all three in one playthrough, follow this exact sequence at the end:

  • 1. Reboot — SD Units → reboot. Do this before anything else; it is the missable ending.
  • 2. Shutdown — Hydro Power → Shutdown Hydro Dam.
  • 3. Restore — use the Easton pawn-shop recovery disc via SD Unit Recovery. Save this for last, because the disc removes the other two console options.

Common mistakes

  • Navigating on foot. Get back in the truck and read the map — it shows your active pickup and drop-off. Most “where do I go” moments end there.
  • Hitting a blocked road without the right item. The Lighter opens Snowy Peaks; the Bumper Bar rams the Damton–Smoltown gates to the dam. Buy at Ez Auto before you assume it’s a bug.
  • Choosing Shutdown first. Shutdown before Reboot locks Reboot out of that save. Always Reboot first.
  • Using the recovery disc too early. Once you hold it, the Reboot and Shutdown console options vanish. Get the Easton disc, but use it last.
  • Skipping the pawn shop entirely. No disc means no Restore ending. It is the step most players miss.

Practical takeaway

Easy Delivery Co. is not about hunting story triggers. Deliveries fund your upgrades, the truck map tells you where to go, the Lighter and Bumper Bar open the road to the Hydro Dam, and the factory computer decides the ending. If you only want to finish, ram through to the dam and pick Shutdown. If you want everything in one save, grab the Easton recovery disc early but do not use it, then end with Reboot → Shutdown → Restore. Follow that order and you will see all three endings without a single replay.
