Galvatein Episode 6: Accept/Reject Choices & Nighttime Records Guide

FinalBoss7 min read

Episode 6 has nine daytime rulings and three nighttime records; use the choices below to clear “The Poppy That Bloomed From Ashes” without repeating the guild desk. The Episodes 1-5 hub also covers the review checks and save habits that carry through the Early Access chapters.

The Lich request looks clean at first: Kermier is the right region, the target is correct, and the form points straight at the encyclopedia entry. Then Olivia’s rank turns the whole submission into a rejection. Episode 6, “The Poppy That Bloomed From Ashes,” is full of these traps — quests can match the monster description and still fail on rank, license status, deadline, or loot.

Process the nine daytime submissions in this order: reject, reject, approve, reject, approve, approve, reject, approve, approve. The reason attached to each rejection matters, especially when the game gives you several failure labels that sound close enough to be interchangeable.

Episode 6 daytime choices: all nine quest rulings

Use the guild encyclopedia to check the target or gathering item first, then check the adventurer’s eligibility. For the date-based calls in Episode 6, use the fields the desk gives you: check the quest deadline when you are testing whether a request has run out of time, and check the license expiration date when you are testing whether the adventurer’s guild license has lapsed. A correct creature match does not override a missed quest deadline, an expired license, or a rank that cannot handle the target.

  1. Galen — Reject. Incorrect Loot. Open New Azella in the monsters section and inspect the Gargoyle. The quest’s monster information does not match the Gargoyle entry, so Galen’s loot is wrong.
  2. Margaret — Reject. Quest Deadline. Open the quest deadline field and check the request’s time limit. Margaret’s quest has passed that deadline.
  3. Chewie — Approve. Check North Slope and the Goblin entry. Her loot matches, her rank is suitable, her license remains valid, and the quest deadline has not expired.
  4. Olivia — Reject. Adventurer Rank. Kermier and the Lich match the quest description, but Olivia is not strong enough to fight a Lich.
  5. Kesley — Approve. Check New Azella and the Golden Goblin. Kesley’s loot, license, rank, and quest timing all meet the requirements.
  6. Veitz — Approve. Switch to the gathering section, open the magic tab, and check Violet Veil. The requested item and Veitz’s loot match, while his license and date checks remain valid.
  7. Felix — Reject. Expiration Date. Open the license expiration date field. Felix’s guild license has expired.
  8. Rina — Approve. Check Canellia in the monsters section and inspect the Harpy. Her loot and quest description match, her rank is high enough, her license is valid, and the relevant date checks do not block approval.
  9. Dorothea — Approve. Open Esthel and inspect the Salamander. Dorothea’s loot is correct, her rank is within range, her license is valid, and the quest remains within its deadline.

The three Episode 6 rejection traps

Galen, Margaret, Olivia, and Felix each fail for a different reason. Treating all four as a generic “bad quest” wastes time because the review desk expects the precise failure category.

  • Galen fails the loot check. The Gargoyle entry in New Azella is the key evidence. The region itself is not the answer; the mismatch between the quest description and the monster information is.
  • Margaret fails the deadline check. Use Quest Deadline. In practice, that means opening the quest’s deadline field and confirming the request has already run past its time limit.
  • Olivia fails the rank check. The Lich is correctly identified, but rank is assessed separately from whether the target description matches.
  • Felix fails the expiration check. Choose Expiration Date. Open the adventurer’s license expiration date and you’ll see why the request dies there.

The efficient review order is consistent across the game: verify loot against the encyclopedia, check the quest deadline, inspect the adventurer’s job or rank, then check the license expiration date. Approve only after every field survives that pass.

Episode 6 nighttime records: exact answers

After the daytime desk work, Episode 6 moves to three records. Each requires a main location, a main creature or subject, and the relevant inhabitants or witness. Enter each row as a complete set; the records are designed to punish partial memory, such as remembering the monster but attaching it to the wrong location.

  1. Record 1: Black Cliff Mine — Golem — Dwarf Miners
  2. Record 2: Glass Beach — Cockatrice — Tourist
  3. Record 3: Veileden — Goblin — Ria

If a record prompt asks only for the relevant location and gives you a single answer field, select Glass Beach. Completing all three records unlocks “You Can’t Make It Like It Never Happened,” “Art Is An Explosion!,” and “Adventurer’s, Assemble!”

Episodes 1-5 hub: the review routine that carries forward

The earlier chapters establish the rhythm that Episode 6 turns into a stricter test. Daytime is receptionist work: examine submissions and approve or reject them. Nighttime shifts into record investigation, character conversations, cooking with recovered monster materials, and related guild events.

Keep the categories separate in your notes. Incorrect Loot, Quest Deadline, License Holder, Adventurer Rank, and Expiration Date are distinct review failures. Memorizing that a quest was rejected is less useful than remembering which condition broke.

  • Episode 1 and tutorial material — Learn the difference between a target match and a valid submission. Use the encyclopedia as evidence rather than approving from the quest’s surface description.
  • Episodes 2-3 — Track whether every rejection comes from loot or deadline status. Those two categories stay common once quests add more convincing monster details.
  • Episode 4 — Read license-holder and adventurer-rank information carefully. A matching quest can still fail if the adventurer is not authorized or capable of the work.
  • Episode 5 — Check validity and expiration before approval, then finish nighttime conversations before advancing. Episode 6 applies the same discipline to license and quest-status checks.
  • Episode 6 — Use the nine decisions and three record sets in this guide. The chapter mixes monster, gathering, rank, deadline, and expiration checks in one desk sequence.

Character context matters, but the desk still decides on evidence

The guild’s conversations give the paperwork a human edge. One elf leaves the Forest of the World Tree after losing the ability to use mana. A former dwarf blacksmith becomes an adventurer despite being afraid of fire. Their circumstances explain why each chapter spends time on particular people, locations, and jobs.

At the review desk, however, sympathy is never a substitute for the required fields. Check the encyclopedia entry, the submitted loot, the adventurer’s rank and license, and the relevant date field in that order. Episode 6’s Olivia ruling makes the point sharply: the Lich is correctly identified, yet the request still cannot be approved.

Save before the desk sequence, not during it

Manual saves record Quest Review Desk progress, including the number of adventurers already processed. Make a manual save before starting a long daytime review or nighttime sequence, then check that the processed count has been recorded after saving.

Saving is unavailable during some dialogue sections, including #03 Romenio’s Advice and #04 The Adventurers’ Letters. Desk and restaurant phases can also rely on checkpoint autosaves between sections, so a pre-phase manual save is the clean recovery point if a ruling or record entry goes wrong.

For Episode 6, the safe finish is nine processed daytime quests, three completed nighttime records, and the correct rejection labels for Galen, Margaret, Olivia, and Felix.
