Raft
Raft throws you and your friends into an epic oceanic adventure! Alone or together, players battle to survive a perilous voyage across a vast sea! Gather debri…
After clocking over 50 hours weaving through shark-infested waters, looting islands, and sprinting back to my raft with melting ice, unlocking the Juicer was a revelation. No more hunting plastic jugs or risking dehydration during long voyages. Smoothies not only taste delicious but also deliver game-changing buffs like faster swimming, health regen, and extra stamina. Whether you’re exploring the Blue biome’s reefs or assaulting a shark-thronged isle, the Juicer deserves prime real estate on your raft. Here’s the ultimate guide I wish I’d had from day one—so you can ditch panic and embrace strategic sipping.
This guide covers everything from researching and crafting the Juicer to organizing ingredients, unlocking recipes, and advanced strategies. You’ll learn how to:
Unlike other stations, the Juicer blueprint won’t drift your way in a floating barrel. You must unlock it at a Research Table before crafting at a Workbench. Skipping this step is one of my earliest frustrations—wasting precious plastics chasing a recipe. Follow these steps to avoid my mistakes:
Stand at your Research Table with these items in inventory:
Interact with the table, select the Juicer blueprint, and spend the materials. They vanish, but now you can build the Juicer.
Once unlocked, collect:
Craft the Juicer at any Workbench and place it near your cooking area. Trust me, racing across a sprawling raft while fruits spoil makes for brutal gameplay.

The Juicer runs on batteries. Always keep a charged battery installed and a backup in your Battery Charger. Running out of power mid-blend wastes ingredients—and hurts more than a shark bite.
Juggling fruits, milk, algae, and spices can get chaotic fast. I built a dedicated “Juicer Box”—a set of chests labeled by ingredient type. Here’s my layout:
Pro Tip: Build Crop Plots on your raft—large plots for coconut seeds, small ones for bananas and mangoes. Cover them with planters to protect from storms. A self-sustaining farm eliminates island-hopping emergencies.
Raft lets you memorize smoothies, but pinning recipe cards to your Juicer or nearby walls prevents costly mistakes:

Warning: Mixing fruits without a recipe yields “Leftovers”—a weak filler drink. Always verify ingredients before hitting “Start Cooking.”
On multiplayer runs, we color-code our pinned cards so everyone knows what’s on deck—no more mid-battle ingredient confusion.
Juicer recipes fall into two camps: hydration smoothies and buff smoothies. Pick the right mix for your mission:
Efficiency Tip: Test each smoothie immediately after unlocking to gauge buff durations and plan your exploration routes.

Buff Synergy: After a hydration smoothie clears the anti-thirst debuff, follow up with a buff smoothie. I start reef dives with Silver Smoothies, then switch to Spicy Pineberry for max speed.
Position your Juicer near your cooking station but shielded by railings. Waves can knock stations around—protect your blender and keep ingredients within reach.
Adding the Juicer transforms Raft from a frantic search for water into a strategic survival experience. Hydration smoothies keep you cruising, while buff drinks give you the edge in every fight and dive. After unlocking your Smelter and Recycler, the Juicer should be your next priority. Set up ingredient farms, collect every recipe card, and streamline your workflow. Your future self—hydrated, buffed, and unstoppable—will thank you.
