The limited cosmetic codes are the painful ones. The Prowlers items, the Christmas cases and the seasonal emotes were time-boxed and do not come back. If you missed them, they are gone — nothing on any list will bring them back.

How to redeem codes

The redemption UI moved into the Shop panel, so if you are following an older guide that says “scroll the Store for a Redeem button”, that is why you cannot find it.

• 1. Launch the game from your Roblox client on PC, console or mobile and let yourself load fully into the main hub. Do not try to redeem mid-match.
• 2. Open the Shop using the bag icon on the left side of the screen.
• 3. Open the Codes tab at the top of the Shop panel. Some builds route this as Store → Other → Codes — if the tab is not immediately visible, look under Other.
• 4. Enter the code exactly. Codes are case-sensitive. Copy and paste rather than typing, and check for a trailing space.
• 5. Press the checkmark to confirm. A valid code gives a success message and drops the reward straight into your account.

Codes are single-use per account. Once one has been claimed on your profile, it will error on a retry — that is not the code expiring, it is the account already holding it.

The playtime gate that breaks new accounts
