Resident Evil Requiem
Resident Evil Requiem is the ninth entry in the Resident Evil series. Experience terrifying survival horror with FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft, and dive into puls…
After spending a full evening combing through Rhodes Hill, I realized I’d locked myself out of the basement with one Mr. Raccoon still untouched. That was the moment I learned two crucial things about Resident Evil Requiem’s collectibles: you must destroy the figurines to register them, and several of them sit behind hard points of no return.
This guide walks you through all 25 Mr. Raccoon locations across Rhodes Hill, Raccoon City (East and Center), and the ARK, with the exact rooms, characters, and missable sections you need to watch out for. Follow it and you’ll earn:
If you’re planning Hardcore runs, S-ranks, or no-healing challenges, that extra upgrade tier is absolutely worth the effort.
Before diving into locations, a few mechanics the game doesn’t explain clearly:
With that in mind, here’s the region-by-region breakdown I settled on after a couple of runs.
Rhodes Hill is your first big chapter and is split between the Care Center, its basement, and the courtyard. The big trap here is that the basement and courtyard sequences are effectively one-way. Once you move the story forward, you can’t backtrack into earlier interiors.
#1 – Fireplace in the second room (Leon)
Early on, after you use the chainsaw to cut the lock and move deeper into the Care Center, the second room you enter has a fireplace. The very first Mr. Raccoon sits on top of this fireplace, with a little note announcing that “the hunt is on.” I almost sprinted past in “tutorial mode” – slow down and slash it with your knife.
#2 – East Wing Reception desk (Grace)
Once you recover the keycard for the East Wing, you’ll step into its Reception area. The figurine is plainly visible on the reception desk. This is one of the few that’s very hard to miss unless you’re rushing.
#3 – East Wing stairs room table (Grace)
From the East Wing Waiting Room, head into the room to the east that leads up to the first floor via a staircase. Do not go upstairs yet. Check the lower level first: on a table beside a wall clock, you’ll see a Mr. Raccoon. I wasted a good 10 minutes my first run re-searching the upper floor, thinking I’d missed something there.
#4 – West Wing kitchen coffee maker (Grace)
On the first floor of the West Wing, reach the Kitchen by going up the stairway opposite the Janitor’s Office and passing through the Office. The figurine is on top of a coffee maker. It blends in surprisingly well with all the clutter, so circle the counters slowly and listen for the rattle.
#5 – Observation Room cell, Emily’s neighbor (Grace, ID Bracelet Lv.3)
You need the Level 3 identification bracelet for this one. In the Observation Room area, enter the cell adjacent to Emily’s. The Mr. Raccoon is tucked at the base of the bed against the wall. I only spotted it after crouching and aiming my flashlight downward.
#6 – Warped closet in the Archives (Leon only)
On Leon’s later pass through the West Wing, head to the Archives on the first floor. There’s a twisted, half-collapsed closet here. The figurine sits inside. This one only appears for Leon, so don’t panic if you checked the spot as Grace and saw nothing.
Once you drop into the basement, explore thoroughly before triggering major story beats. Leaving this area is final for that playthrough.

#7 – Workshop table at the west end (Grace)
At the far west of the basement cell corridor, there’s a Workshop. Use a connector on the panel to unlock the door. The Mr. Raccoon sits right on the table in front of you as you walk in.
#8 – Dormitory TV (Grace)
Use another connector to open the Dormitory door. Inside, the figurine is on top of the television. I recommend clearing the enemies in the corridor first so you can line up a clean knife hit.
#9 – VIP Lounge private lab desk (Grace)
While searching for the helicopter key, head into the VIP Lounge basement and continue until you reach the Private Lab with several monitor screens. Face the monitors, then look right: the figurine is on a desk there. I missed this the first time because I bee-lined straight for the objective marker.
#10 – Church gate pillar from the rooftops (Leon with sniper)
After the helicopter crash, Leon gains access to a sniper rifle and heads onto the rooftops to cover Grace. Climb out the window and move along until you find some sniper ammo sitting on a windowsill to your left. Stop here. From that window, aim your sniper slightly left, toward the church gate. Zoom in and you’ll see a Mr. Raccoon wobbling on top of one of the stone pillars. This is one of the few that is much easier with the sniper; I wouldn’t try to hit it with anything else.
Raccoon City East is a long, winding section with nine collectibles. The key warning: placing the detonator is a point of no return. Sweep thoroughly before you finish assembling and using it.
#11 – Café Oasis counter (street entrance)
Right after you arrive in Raccoon City by car, head down the street and turn right. On your left is the open Café Oasis. Step behind the counter: the Mr. Raccoon is sitting there in plain sight.
#12 – Highway car roof near Eagle Star Warehouse (sniper)
On the roof of the Eagle Star Warehouse, you’ll grab the first detonator part. Next to it is an elevator cage that returns you to the central camp. Step into the cage, but don’t activate it yet. Instead, equip your sniper rifle and aim straight ahead at the highway. On top of a car next to a truck, you’ll see the figurine. This angle is awkward with anything but the sniper.
#13 – Small side room in Cedarbrook underground parking
After unlocking the door to Cedarbrook Residence and progressing into its underground parking, you’ll encounter a zombie facing away from you. Stealth-kill it, then immediately check the small room on the left. The Mr. Raccoon is on the right side as you enter.

#14 – Bus driver’s seat outside Cedarbrook
Once you leave Cedarbrook via the large underground parking gate, turn left into the street. You’ll see a derelict bus. Peek into the driver’s area: the figurine is waiting there. It’s easy to forget because you’re usually focused on the nearby enemies.
#15 – Gas station shelf, front and center
Facing the main entrance of the gas station, step inside. Directly ahead, on one of the central shelves, is a Mr. Raccoon. On my first playthrough I was low on ammo and sprinted through here – don’t be me, clear the zombies and take five seconds to smash this one.
#16 – Collapsed road, pipe edge (sniper recommended)
In the main street where you find the massacred BSAA squad, go all the way west to the collapsed road section. Equip your sniper rifle and look down: on the left side, at the edge of a large broken pipe, is a Mr. Raccoon. If you don’t want to snipe from afar, you can also wait until you’ve powered the crane and created a makeshift bridge to get a bit closer.
#17 – Second subway car in Ridgewood Station (spiders)
This one is a bit of a trek and is the one that cost me the most time the first run:
The Mr. Raccoon is inside this second subway car. As you approach, small spiders burst out, so be ready with a quick swipe or shotgun blast before you carefully knife the figurine.
#18 – Cedarbrook rooftop fridge (post-crank)
From the dead BSAA squad, re-enter Cedarbrook, fight through to obtain the crank, then return upstairs. Use the crank to open the metal gate leading to a ladder. Climb up toward the rooftops, but instead of continuing along the exterior path, enter the door on the right. Take another right, and at the top of the stairwell go left instead of down. At the end is a refrigerator: the figurine is inside. I only found this when I started opening literally every interactable door and object on a cleanup run.
#19 – Willis Tower ruined room shelf
After taking the zipline across to Willis Tower, go up the stairs. On the next floor, turn right, then right again at the end of the corridor into a ruined, open room. Among the debris, there’s a single standing shelf. The Mr. Raccoon sits on that shelf.
This section is shorter but dense, and it’s easy to get distracted by the police station combat and miss a couple of easy ones.
#20 – Tanker truck dead-end at the western street start
When you first load into Raccoon City Center, do not head directly north along the story path. Instead, go west to the end of the street where a wrecked tanker blocks the way. On the ground slightly to the right of the truck, you’ll find the figurine.

#21 – Police station Operations Room debris
From the West Office, move into the Operations Room. Hug the left side of the room and scan the debris piles. One Mr. Raccoon is tucked among the broken furniture. This one blends in more than you’d expect; I actually located it by sound on my first hardcore run.
#22 – Library floor-level cabinet (near the jack)
On the first floor Library (accessible from the west side of the station), you’ll find the jack used to lift the metal shutters. After picking up the jack, turn around and examine the low cabinets along the wall at floor level. You’ll hear the familiar rattle – the figure is hidden behind some books inside one of these cabinets. Crouching and angling your flashlight helps a lot here.
#23 – Alley by Kendo’s Gun Shop, high window
Outside Kendo’s Gun Shop, instead of going into the small shopfront opposite, take the alley to the right. At the very end, look up: a Mr. Raccoon is dancing on the edge of a window frame next to a large Umbrella advertisement billboard. A handgun shot is enough, but a rifle makes the angle easier.
The ARK is the last major area and only hides two figurines, one for Leon and one for Grace. They’re both comparatively easy as long as you’re paying attention.
#24 – Leon’s decontamination corridor crates
As Leon first enters the ARK, proceed through the decontamination corridor. When you exit, take a right, follow the hallway to the end, then turn right again. On your right-hand side, stacked on some crates, is the Mr. Raccoon. I grabbed this one almost by accident because the rattling was so loud.
#25 – Grace’s Operations Room console (Nobility Orb)
The final Mr. Raccoon appears during Grace’s section in the ARK Operations Room, where you pick up the Nobility Orb. At the long control console, look to the far right side: the figurine is sitting near the end of the control board. Smash it and you’ll immediately finish the collection if you got all previous ones.
After a couple of playthroughs, these habits made my cleanup runs way smoother:
Bonus / records section so you know roughly how many are left per chapter.Once all 25 Mr. Raccoon collectibles are destroyed on your profile, you unlock:
On my next Hardcore run, that extra upgrade tier was immediately noticeable – especially on Leon’s handgun and shotgun. Fewer bullets to kill standard enemies, more room to breathe during boss fights, and generally less stress about ammo economy.
If you follow this route and keep an eye on the one-way sections, you should be able to clear every Mr. Raccoon in one focused playthrough, or comfortably mop up the few you miss on a second run. And once that extra upgrade rank is unlocked, every future challenge run in Resident Evil Requiem gets just a little more forgiving.
