Silent Hill: Townfall CEG HQ Lockbox and Floor 10 Guide

In Silent Hill: Townfall’s CEG HQ sequence, you need Security Room code 4895, Richard’s case box 36 code 486, and employee ID 00007820518 to print the access card for Floor 10.

Find both halves of the Case Codes sheet

Start in the maintenance room and search the wastebasket. You receive one torn half of the Case Codes sheet, and it is not enough on its own to identify Richard’s lockbox.

Next, examine the whiteboard in the nearby room. It starts with the digit 4 and uses directional arrows to trace the remaining digits on a keypad layout. Follow the arrows from 4 to 8, then 9, then 5. The result is 4895.

Open the Security Room with 4895

Return to the reception-area keypad and enter 4895. Inside the Security Room, search the wastebasket beside the security desk for the second half of the Case Codes sheet.

Open the inventory and inspect or combine the two paper halves. The completed sheet maps each employee’s seat position to a case-box number, which tells you exactly which box belongs to Richard in the conference hall. This is the step that turns the lockbox wall from a brute-force problem into one correct box.

Find Richard’s lockbox in the conference hall

Go to the conference hall and use the stage as your point of reference. Richard’s position maps to case box 36: the third row from the front and the sixth box from the left.

Interact with case box 36 and enter 486. The box contains Richard’s employee file cover note, which gives you the employee record you need at the CEG security database.

Generate Richard’s elevator access card

Return to the Security Room and use the computer beside the access-card printer. Turn on the printer first and make sure its indicator is illuminated.

On the computer, open the employee database and select Search for User. Enter Richard’s ID exactly as shown below, including every leading zero:

Confirm the employee record, choose Generate Access Card, then collect the Printed Access Card from the printer. That card is what unlocks the elevator route to Floor 10.

Use the elevator and reach Floor 10

Leave the Security Room and return to the lobby elevator. Use the Printed Access Card on the wall reader, activate the elevator, and press 10. Once you arrive on Floor 10, head north to continue the CEG HQ sequence.

If the elevator still will not activate

• Check that you collected both torn Case Codes halves: one from the maintenance-room wastebasket and one from the Security Room wastebasket.
• Make sure you opened Richard’s case box 36 with 486 before using the database.
• Enter the full employee ID as 00007820518, including the leading zeroes.
• Turn on the card printer before selecting Generate Access Card, then collect the printed card from the output station.
• At the elevator, use the card on the wall reader first, activate the lift, and then press 10.
