Silver Pines: How to Reach Thelend Broadcasting and Get All Endings

Five Cable Station Bell items activate the Cable Car, and three Metal Spikes trigger the final boss. Your route passes through Church Hill, the Sewers and Mt. Siah Kopa before reaching Thelend Broadcasting. Start with the Chapel Tower’s Metal Cube puzzle, then work through the sewer machinery and broadcasting objectives before committing to an ending.

Church Hill: unlock the Chapel Tower and collect Bell B

Collect Church Hill’s keys and maps as you explore its locked routes. The Chapel Tower’s specific gate is the Metal Cube puzzle: match the cubes to Father Jacob’s symbol to unlock the tower. Use that symbol as your reference for the arrangement.

Inside the Chapel Tower, use the Storage Container to prepare for the tower’s fights. This gives you an inventory-preparation point during the Church Hill section before you continue toward the bell.

Ring the tower bell to obtain Cable Station Bell (B). Ringing it also triggers a red-world climb back down, so the sequence continues after you receive the item. Your next task is the descent rather than another search around the bell.

Keep Bell B for the Cable Car requirement later in the route. It contributes one of the five required Cable Station Bell items; collecting this bell alone does not activate the car.

Sewers: open the sluice gate and operate the valves

Find the Sewers map while exploring this section. The main machinery objectives are the Sluice Gate Mechanism and three Flow Control Valves, so use the map to track your movement between them.

The Sluice Gate Mechanism requires both the Heavy Mechanical Cog and the Crank Handle. Once you have those items, arrange the movable cogs so that the large cog on the right turns. That moving right-hand cog is the useful check for whether your arrangement works.

• Check both required items: the Heavy Mechanical Cog and Crank Handle are needed for the mechanism.
• Check the cog arrangement: if the large right-hand cog remains stationary, revisit how the movable cogs connect.
• Operate all three Flow Control Valves: the sewer progression includes three valve interactions, so keep track of each one you complete.

The gear puzzle’s goal is to transmit movement to the right-hand cog. Having the required items gets you to the mechanism; the arrangement still has to produce that rotation.

Sewers boss: use ranged kiting and bring antidotes

For the Sewers boss, use ranged kiting: attack from a distance, reposition as the boss approaches, then fire again once you have room. This approach lets you keep dealing damage while limiting time spent close to the boss.

The North Star Shotgun, obtained from an NPC at the Quiet Hours Cafe, is a recommended weapon for this fight with 12ga Slugs. If you already collected it, prepare that ammunition before entering the encounter.

Bring antidotes for the fight’s poison threat. Account for those alongside your shotgun ammunition when preparing your inventory: the encounter calls for both ranged damage and a way to handle poison.

Activate the Cable Car and collect the Mt. Siah Kopa fuses

The Cable Car requires five Cable Station Bell items. Check that you have the full set before attempting activation; the Chapel Tower’s Bell B covers only one part of this requirement.

Continue through Mt. Siah Kopa and collect two 40 A fuses during that section. Keep track of the count as you explore, because finding one fuse leaves the pair incomplete.

Thelend Broadcasting: complete the booth puzzle and collect both lenses

At Thelend Broadcasting, the recording booth contains a cable puzzle. Complete that puzzle as part of the broadcasting section, and collect the Yellow Lens and Magenta Lens during the area’s progression.

The broadcasting route also includes a subsequent boss rematch. Keep the booth puzzle, both lens pickups and the rematch as distinct tasks while working through this section.

Your ending target is determined by the branch objective you pursue at the finale. Keep that objective separate from the broadcasting-area tasks so you do not mistake a lens pickup or boss rematch for completion of Leave, Live or Rest.

Collect three Metal Spikes for the final boss trigger

The finale requires three Metal Spikes to trigger the final boss. Track all three before attempting that trigger; this is a separate item requirement from the five bells used for the Cable Car.

If your version supports retaining separate saves, preserve progress before activating the final-boss trigger and again before committing to an ending objective. Keep those saves separate from a completed branch rather than overwriting every earlier point.

How to get Leave, Live and Rest

Follow the objective associated with the ending you want. The three branches use different goals, so identify your target before carrying out the final actions.

“Dead Air, Final Cut” is the completion achievement for Thelend Broadcasting Lot/Studio. After finishing the broadcasting area, continue through your chosen ending objective until you reach Leave, Live or Rest.
