Rainbow Six Siege
Operation Brutal Swarm clears the way for our new Singaporean Attacker: Grim. Discover his gadget, the Kawan Hive Launcher: with no reload and a low fire rate,…
This caught my attention because Rainbow Six Siege is both extremely live-service dependent and brutally honest about progression – when the in-game economy breaks, it changes how everyone plays for weeks. Ubisoft’s compensation is generous, but knowing what to do with it separates casual recovery from a Year 11 advantage.

Log in during the window and you’ll automatically receive: four 24‑hour 4× Battle Pass XP boosters, ten Battle Pass levels (instantly applied), one Delta Pack, one Alpha Pack, and the Auric Mold skin for the P‑10C. These are meant to offset lost Marketplace trades, rolled‑back inventories, and downtime from voice chat/marketplace outages.

Two holiday hacks dumped enormous fake credits and Renown into Siege, forcing Ubisoft to disable the Marketplace and roll back inventories. The compensation accelerates Battle Pass progress (10 levels + 4× boosters), which in Year 11 unlocks operator cosmetics and attachments that would otherwise take hours of play or money. For competitive players and streamers this shortens the grind and restores lost progression timing — but the Marketplace outage means some tradable value is still locked until it reopens.
Prerequisites: an active Ubisoft account linked to your platform and the latest Year 11 client (patch 11.0.1 or later). No special action beyond logging in during the window — open Siege, make sure you hit the online servers (a quick Casual match is fine), then check Inventory > Gifts. If rewards don’t appear within 48 hours, expect queuing while rollbacks finish.

Rollbacks are ongoing, so if your inventory looks wrong the compensation may queue until your account state is fixed. Server “full” or matchmaking delays are possible; a simple client restart often resolves it. Ubisoft has stated Marketplace access will return only after additional safeguards — don’t expect immediate trading liquidity.
Ubisoft’s package is meaningful: 10 instant levels plus four 4× boosters is the kind of compensation that actually restores progression momentum, not just a handful of credits. That said, the core value of some items is muted while the Marketplace is offline. Treat this as a chance to accelerate Battle Pass goals and shore up inventories, but keep expectations realistic about trading value until Ubisoft reopens and secures the market.

Log in between Jan 16-25 (or Jan 26 local) to get four 4× Battle Pass XP boosters, 10 Battle Pass levels, a Delta Pack, an Alpha Pack and the Auric P‑10C skin. Rewards will appear in Inventory > Gifts within 24–48 hours as rollbacks complete. Save boosters for focused grinding, open Alpha Packs first, and don’t expect Marketplace trading to resume immediately — plan gameplay, not instant profit.
