Why Anime Final Quest Codes Matter (And How They Saved My Grind)

After dumping way too many hours into Anime Final Quest, the real turning point in my dungeon runs wasn’t a lucky weapon drop or some secret build-it was finally getting serious about redeeming codes. Once I stopped ignoring that little Codes button and started grabbing every active code, my Spins, Runes, and Cash shot up, and early-game dungeons stopped feeling like a brick wall.

This guide is the list I wish I’d had from the start: a single, clean, up-to-date collection of working Anime Final Quest codes, plus how to actually make them work (especially the annoying private-server-only ones), and how to squeeze real progress out of the rewards instead of wasting them.

Everything below is based on how I actually play: mostly PC, swapping to mobile when I’m away, and hopping between public and private servers depending on what codes I’m using. As of late February 2026, these are the codes and tricks that have consistently helped me blast through dungeons faster.

All Working Anime Final Quest Codes (Checked Late February 2026)

Codes expire without much warning, so always treat any list (including this one) as “best info right now.” These are the codes that are widely reported as working as of late February 2026, including the newer additions ADMIRAL and SIDEUPDATE.

When a reward just says “Freebies,” it usually means a mix of Spins (for Weapons/Gear), Runes, and Cash. Some of the older codes have specific rewards listed-I’ve called those out separately.

Newest high-priority codes (redeem these first)

  • ADMIRAL – Freebies (Private server only) – NEW
  • SIDEUPDATE – Freebies (Private server only) – NEW
  • LEVELBUGFIX – Freebies (Private server only)
  • AGRIS2 – Freebies (Private server only)
  • LEGEND – Freebies (Private server only)
  • RELEASEAFQ – Freebies (Private server only)

These are the ones I always knock out first on a fresh session, especially if I’m about to grind a new dungeon. They tend to be tied to recent updates or bugfix patches, so they’re the most likely to disappear without warning.

Private-server-only codes (you must redeem these in a private server)

If you try to use these in a public lobby, you’ll usually just see an “invalid” or “expired” style message even when the code is still fine. More on private servers in a later section.

  • ADMIRAL – Freebies
  • SIDEUPDATE – Freebies
  • LEVELBUGFIX – Freebies
  • AGRIS2 – Freebies
  • LEGEND – Freebies
  • RELEASEAFQ – Freebies
  • WEEKENDGIFT2 – Freebies
  • FRIDAYSPECIAL – Freebies
  • RESTORE – Freebies
  • WEEKENDGIFT – Freebies
  • BOWUPDATE – Freebies
  • GREATERQUEST – Freebies
  • UNLUCKY – Freebies
  • FEAREDSLAYER – Freebies
  • THEYNOTLIKEUS – Freebies
  • ENDLESS – Freebies
  • HAPPYNEWYEAR – Freebies
  • MERRYCHRISTMAS – Freebies
  • SUPPORT – Freebies

These are the main reason I now default to hopping into a private server before I start redeeming anything. If you grind codes in public lobbies, you’ll miss a big chunk of free progress without ever realizing why.

Universal codes (work in any server, as long as they’re still active)

  • THEFORGERISNICE – Freebies
  • HYPETHERELEASE – Freebies
  • APOLOGIZE – Freebies
  • CHAINSAW – Freebies
  • TICKETGIFT – Freebies
  • WINTERUPDATE – Freebies
  • CRACKER – Freebies
  • CHILDOFSUN – Freebies
  • PATCHES – Freebies
  • ESCANORSOON – Freebies
  • SHADOW – Freebies
  • BOSS – Freebies
  • UPDATE1 – Freebies
  • RELEASE – Freebies

Codes with known, specific rewards

  • THXFOR1MVISIT – x3 Gear Lucky Spins, x5 Normal Spins, x4 Runes, and 15,000 Cash
  • RELEASE2 – x5 Gear Lucky Spins and x5 Weapon Lucky Spins
  • AFQPEAK – x3 Lucky Weapon Spins, x1 Rune, and 2,500 Cash
  • AGRIS – x3 Gear Spins and x1 Rune

I always redeem these four on any new account or when helping friends start. They give you enough spins and currency to actually feel the difference in your first few dungeons instead of whacking enemies with starter trash.

A quick note on “missing” codes like METRODOMAIN and ENDLESSNEW

You may see codes like METRODOMAIN or ENDLESSNEW floating around on some trackers. Different sources disagree on whether they’re still active, and not all lists include them. Whenever I see that kind of inconsistency, I treat those codes as “maybe expired” and don’t rely on them.

My rule of thumb: if multiple up-to-date sources and recent community chatter line up, I treat the code as active. If they don’t, I focus on the confirmed list above and watch for fresh drops instead of chasing ghosts.

How to Redeem Anime Final Quest Codes (Step-by-Step)

For a long time, I kept typing codes into chat out of habit from other games and wondering why nothing happened. Don’t repeat that mistake-here’s the exact flow that works for me on both PC and mobile.

1. Join the Anime Final Quest Roblox group first

  • On the Anime Final Quest experience page, look for the official group listed in the description or social links.
  • Open the group and click Join Group.
  • Wait a minute or two for Roblox to register that you’ve joined.
  • Fully close and re-open Anime Final Quest so the game picks up your group status.

Many of the better codes simply won’t work unless you’re in the group. I wasted a good chunk of time thinking codes were “fake” when the real problem was that I hadn’t joined yet.

2. (For private-server codes) Join or create a private server

  • On the Anime Final Quest page, open the Servers tab.
  • If private servers are available, either create your own or join a friend’s.
  • Once you’re inside that private server, then start redeeming any code marked “Private server only” in the list above.

This is the step most people skip. Those “[Use in Private Server]” tags are there for a reason—once I moved my redemptions into private servers, a bunch of “invalid” codes suddenly worked.

3. Open the Codes menu in-game

  • Once you’re loaded into the game, look at the right side of your screen for a Codes button.
  • In some versions, it may be under a RewardsCodes menu instead.
  • Click or tap it to open the code entry window.

If you don’t see any Codes button at all, you’re probably still loading, the UI bugged out, or the game updated while you were in an old server. In that case, leave to the main menu and rejoin a fresh server.

4. Enter the code exactly and confirm

  • Click the text box that says something like “Enter code here…”.
  • Carefully type or paste your code. Capital letters and spelling matter.
  • Hit the green Confirm button.
  • Watch for a success message and the reward popping into your Spins/Runes/Cash totals.

On mobile, watch out for sneaky spaces when you paste. If you get an “invalid” message on a code you’re sure is right, delete everything, type it manually, and try again.

Troubleshooting: Why Your Anime Final Quest Codes Aren’t Working

I’ve hit pretty much every possible error with codes in this game. Here’s what usually causes the problems and how I get around them.

  • Typos or wrong capitalization – Double-check every letter. Some codes mix words in all caps (like AFQPEAK), so copying directly from a reliable list is safer than guessing.
  • Extra spaces – On mobile especially, a space before or after the code can make it fail. If you’re pasting, tap and delete any blank space around it.
  • Not in the Roblox group – If the game requires group membership (and Anime Final Quest often does for better codes), you’ll just see “invalid” with no clear explanation. Join the group, relaunch, and try again.
  • Wrong type of server – Private-server-only codes will usually not work in public lobbies. If you see “[Use in Private Server]” in a list, assume it’s strict.
  • Old server version – After a fresh code drop, some servers run slightly older versions. If a brand-new code doesn’t work but everyone says it should, leave and rejoin a different server or private server.
  • Already redeemed / expired – Once you’ve used a code, it’s done for that account. And if it’s expired, there’s nothing you can do—move on to the next one.

If you’ve checked spelling, server type, and group membership, and a code still refuses to work while newer ones do, it’s probably just expired. That’s normal; treat codes as short-term boosts, not permanent guarantees.

When New Anime Final Quest Codes Usually Drop

The devs don’t publish a fixed schedule, but after watching updates for a while, some patterns are pretty clear.

  • Big content updates – New dungeons, major balance changes, or feature patches often show up with at least one fresh code (like ADMIRAL and SIDEUPDATE tied to recent updates).
  • Weekends and events – Weekend gifts and seasonal content (New Year, winter, holidays) are very likely to bring codes like WEEKENDGIFT2, HAPPYNEWYEAR, or WINTERUPDATE.
  • Milestones – When the game hits player or visit milestones, you’ll sometimes see “thank you” style codes like THXFOR1MVISIT.
  • Bug fixes and apologies – After rough patches or downtime, keep an eye out for compensation codes similar to APOLOGIZE or RESTORE.

The fastest way I’ve found to catch new drops is to watch the game’s official Roblox group and Discord. Update announcements and patch notes are usually where codes appear first, and they’ll often vanish again once that event window is over.

How to Get the Most Out of Spins, Runes, and Cash

Redeeming codes is only half the battle. Early on, I burned through spins the second I got them and ended up with a bag full of sidegrades. Here’s how I now pace my rewards so they actually push my account forward.

  • Use Weapon Spins when you’re hitting a wall – If enemies in your current dungeon suddenly feel tanky and runs are slowing to a crawl, that’s when I cash in some Weapon Spins from codes like AFQPEAK or RELEASE2.
  • Save Gear Spins for new difficulty tiers – I hold onto Gear Spins from codes like AGRIS and THXFOR1MVISIT until I unlock a higher-level dungeon or difficulty. Spinning too early just gives me upgrades I’ll outgrow fast.
  • Use Runes on gear you plan to keep – Runes from codes are limited, so I avoid dumping them into throwaway items. I wait until I get a piece of gear that feels strong enough to carry me through several dungeons before investing.
  • Let Cash smooth over weak spots – The Cash from codes (especially THXFOR1MVISIT) is great for unlocking basics and filling gaps—upgrades, early purchases, or anything that speeds up your clear times.

The big mindset shift for me was treating codes as a way to skip bottlenecks, not as random freebies I spend immediately. If you redeem them when you feel stuck, the impact is way more noticeable.

Quick Checklist Before You Log Off

  • Join the official Anime Final Quest Roblox group before redeeming anything.
  • Hop into a private server for all codes marked “Private server only.”
  • Work through the newest codes first: ADMIRAL, SIDEUPDATE, LEVELBUGFIX, AGRIS2, LEGEND, RELEASEAFQ.
  • Don’t forget the big reward bundles like THXFOR1MVISIT, RELEASE2, AFQPEAK, and AGRIS.
  • If a code fails, double-check spelling, group status, and server type before assuming it’s dead.
  • Watch update announcements, event posts, and milestone celebrations for the next wave of codes.

Once you’ve got this routine down, codes become a regular part of your progression instead of something you only remember when you’re desperate. If I can turn my early-game struggle runs into smooth dungeon farming just by being disciplined about redeeming and using these rewards, you absolutely can too.
